Carolyn started her private practice 2009. Her specialist areas are pelvic physiotherapy and medical acupuncture.

She has specialised in Pelvic and Women’s Health Physiotherapy since 2005 and her interests are antenatal, postnatal (including the MummyMOT), pelvic floor dysfunction, exercise and sexual pain disorders.

She trained in medical acupuncture in 2003 and has since had considerable postgraduate training, most recently with the British Medical Acupuncture Society (BMAS).  Treatment is from a Western Medical perspective, using acupuncture to influence the nervous system and help with musculoskeletal pain, hormonal issues and persistent pain.
